TICKETS

Adult General Admission $40, Under Age 12 General Admission $10, Assistant (general admission plus backstage access): $75 (only applicable to those helping a competitor prepare back stage). One assistant max per competitor is permitted. Tickets are non-refundable.

ENTRY FEE & DEADLINES

If entry is received by June 17th, 2021 Entry $70. Entry fee for each additional class $55. After June 17th, 2021 an additional late entry fee of $55 applies. July 12th is the last day entries will be accepted. Registrations are non-refundable.

NOVICE ELIGIBILITY: Cannot have placed first in any class (besides Teen), within any division, within any category, with any organization (with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class that only had one competitor in it).

TRANSFORMATION DIVISION REQUIREMENTS: enter by March 1st 2021, email a picture while holding a newspapers showing the date on which you registered. By July 5th 2021 send us the last update picture of your transformation while holding a newspaper showing the date. Fee for this division alone is $100 and will have to be sent in separately if this is the only division you will participate in. CLASSES

When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height.

CROSSOVERS

A crossover entry is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also elect to crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well. Competitors may not participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Physique, Bodybuilding, Classic Physique) at any given show. Physique and Bodybuilding are not permitted.

AWARDS

The top 5 in each class will receive awards.

ELIGIBILITY

All competitors are required to be current members of OCB to participate in this event. If needing to obtain the annual membership please register before July 4th. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com. This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com

BANNED SUBSTANCES & SCREENING METHODS

All competitors are required to be polygraph tested prior to competing. In addition, all pro qualifying placement winners are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of the event for urinalysis testing.

CHECK-INS/POLYGRAPH SCREENINGS

Polygraphs are by appointment at the host hotel Friday, July 16th.To schedule your polygraph, contact the promoter Larisa email: info@larisa-chirila.com or call 314-441-9658. The polygraph fee is $50 and is payable in cash only at the time of testing. Exact change would be appreciated. Polygraph results are valid for other OCB shows held within six weeks.

MUSIC FOR INDIVIDUAL PRESENTATIONS

All competitors are invited to perform 60 second individual presentations to house music.

ORDER OF EVENTS

12:00 PM group comparisons for Men’s Bodybuilding Novice, Age 40+, Open followed by Men’s Classic Physique Novice, Age 40+, Open, and then Men’s Physique Novice, Age 40+, Open, then Women’s Physique Novice, Age 40+, Open followed by Figure Novice, Age 40+, Open, and then Bikini Novice, Age 40+, Open and finish with Transformation. There will be a 30-minute intermission then individual presentations will be performed in sequential order in the same category order as group comparisons, followed by awards presentations

ROSTER/CLASS

A roster with assigned competitor numbers and class breakdowns will be emailed to competitors the Wednesday or Thursday before the show.

BACKSTAGE POLICY

One assistant max per competitor is allowed backstage. The assistant MUST buy a trainer/assistant ticket, which is good for general admission and back stage access.

COMPETITOR PREP AREA

Light weights, bands and mirrors will be backstage for use in preparing to go on stage. Competitors are welcome to bring their own equipment and mirrors as well.
