Exercise

At this point the whole world seems to be on standby… However, that doesn’t mean that our health is! Social media has been a wonderful tool to get great ideas for home workouts and great motivation. Regardless of surrounding circumstances, your body will always be your responsibility, nobody else’s.

Take this time to actually get to know yourself, your body! By doing something out of the ordinary or the usual routine will make your body respond differently. I’ve been amazed at the different type of sore I’ve experienced by doing body weight workouts. Please understand I love heavy weights!!! The heavier the better lol. So needless to say I was very surprised to experience my muscles responding.

With all that said, don’t allow anything to derail you from your goal. Health is priceless and nothing and nobody can take that from you!
