Last night I had a personal revelation that may sound cliche, but it was a great reminder why we need to have grace on ourselves.
I was in the middle of work and listening to my audio bible when all of a sudden I got so overwhelmed with emotions… I started praying, begging actually, for Abba to give me the same dedication and zeal like Paul had (I messaged Meghan and called myself Paula lol). When we read about Paul it seems that nothing, absolutely nothing was holding him back to do what God has called him to. Yet he does speak about our human weakness and how we do what we don’t want and don’t do what we do want. Continue reading
I recently started reading, or actually hearing (audio book), the banned books from the bible. This book doesn’t include all of them but most from what I gather.
It starts with the first 2 books of Adam and Eve.
Did anyone realize how many times they ACTUALLY committed suicide after they sinned and had to leave the garden of Eden? … I was stunned by that new discovery. They were so miserable not being in the garden and in the presence of God anymore that they wanted to be dead instead. Continue reading
Romans 7:15-20 (NIV)
15 I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. 16 And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good. 17 As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. 18 For I know that good itself does not dwell in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. 19 For I do not do the good I want to do, but the evil I do not want to do—this I keep on doing. 20 Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it. Psalm 22:28 (NIV) for dominion belongs to the Lord and he rules over the nations.
How do you see God? Do you just go with what teachers and others around you say or do you have your own intimate relationship with Him? Do you press in to know Him more? Continue reading
Mattthew 19:1-10 (NKJV) Now it came to pass, when Jesus had finished these sayings, that He departed from Galilee and came to the region of Judea beyond the Jordan. And great multitudes followed Him, and He healed them there.
The Pharisees also came to Him, testing Him, and saying to Him, “Is it lawful for a man to divorce his wife for just any reason?” Continue reading
Thanks for joining me!
Talk about taking a step in faith… I have never blogged before nor did I ever think I could be any type of writer. However, Abba has called me to do this in order to be able to put down the “downloads” He’s giving me.
With that said, this site is actually more for me to be able to archive His word and be able to find it again anytime I need it.
If Abba wants my downloads to be a blessing to others that happen upon it then to Him be the glory!
Matthew 9:26 (NKJV) But Jesus looked at them and said to them, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”
How often do we allow fear to overtake us and we forget that through God all things are possible? … Jesus gave the ultimate sacrifice for us because God loves us beyond our understanding. Seeing us fearful and intimidated by our circumstances saddens Him deeply. Whatever burden has you chained down and out of fear you have avoided to break free or simply felt like you don’t know how, He gave you all the tools necessary to conquer it all! Continue reading
Psalm 16:8 (NIV) I keep my eyes always on the Lord. With him at my right hand, I will not be shaken.
Although more often than not we count on the people around us and their prayers, nothing has your back more than Papa! Yes, it’s wonderful to have loved ones pray for you but in the end, even if nobody will ever utter one prayer for you, you will always be the favorite one in God’s eyes! Continue reading
Proverbs 11:25 (NKJV) The generous soul will be made rich, And he who waters will also be watered himself.
You have given of yourself with an open heart, never holding back. Papa has seen and noted every sacrifice you’ve made without thinking twice about it. He watched you pour out to others and He rejoiced with tears in His eyes because you have His heart! Through you the ones around you see what the Fathers love truly is… selfless and never ending! Continue reading
Psalm 119:139 (TPT) I’ve been consumed with a furious passion to do what’s right, all because of the way my enemies disrespect your laws.
You may feel like you want to scream your frustration from the rooftop toward the ones who don’t care to fully obey or simply, to respect the God Almighty. The Father loves your zeal for Him but don’t get discouraged when other’s aren’t ready or mature enough yet to see Him or love Him as you do. It’s important to allow Him to refine your passion so you don’t cause unintentional hurt. Continue reading
